6th January 2011 - Ings

4 turned out on this cold evening, Jamie, Grant, Chris M and CT. The others were either resting, having man-flu or trying out new years resolutions. So straight over the road and up the steep tarmac for a warm up, onto the bridleway and past the puddles to take the left hand fork to Dubbs via High Borrans, on the way a few of us got some fork air adjustment, cheers JB. Now up Dubbs road and left onto Garburn, right past Limefitt and onto the extra loop north of Troutbeck. Back via the church and start at the bottom of Garburn for the testing climb and back via Longmire road/track, back on the Ings road and you could see/feel the ice forming on the lanes, so back to the pub for beer and snacks. Next ride is from Gilpin, we may get chips in?
