7 met up in Sedbergh car park, Chris M, George, Jamie, Charlie, Neil, John and CT for the usual route up and over past Millthrop and then along the river Dee, up Gawthrop hill and along South Lords Land to take the second bridleway down to Dentdale. It was a dry evening, but with mud underwheel and the last hill down to Dentdale is a rocky testing one, one puncture otherwise all OK. Past bluebell wood and nearly back, stillsome daylight left.
